Identifying areas where a Director needs professional development can be tricky. Enterprise Care have designed a survey to assess and review a Director’s understanding of:
- governance in general;
- their legal responsibilities and compliance;
- the vision and strategic plan of the organisation;
- finance and auditing;
- risk management;
- roles and responsibilities;
- performance appraisals; and
- succession planning.
The survey takes one (1) to two (2) hours to complete, and pinpoints areas where a Director could gain from further professional development.
